• Interner corner - free internet access for the hotel guests in our 'internet room'
• Wi-fi connection - free in all public places of the hotel as well as the hotel rooms
• Laundry - your laundry can be looked after 7days a week
• Luggage - your luggage can be stored at the reception free of charge
• Portage - is provided with a service charge
• Accommodation of pets - it's a subject of extra charge
• Secretary services - are available 24 hours /a day and provided by the hotel reception
• Sightseeing tours - are available 24 hours a day, can be arranged for you in various languages by our reception staff

(Some of the program options are for example dinner on a boat, tours to historical sights outside of Prague such as Karlštejn or Karlovy Vary, or the obvious tours of Prague itself.)

• Hotel taxi or shuttle bus for more people – the reception staff will make arrangements (contractual prices).
• Tickets for theatre, concerts, sporting events and other functions are arranged at reception.
• Parking - limited capacity.
• For credit card payments we accept the following type of cards: Visa, American Express, Master Card and Diners Club.
